First connection to the IVS Ticket Portal

You must complete these steps in order to set your password and enable 2FA.

  1. Go to the ticket portal: Investsuite

  2. Accept the cookies

  3. Click on Login to Support
    It redirects you to our Azure login portal

  4. Click on Forgot your password?

  5. Enter your email address and click on Send verification code
    An email is sent to your email inbox with the verification code

  6. Copy the code and paste it

  7. Click on Verify Code

  8. Click on Continue
    You are now asked to set up 2FA authentication

  9. Scan the QR code with your authenticator app and click on Continue

  10. Enter the code displayed in your authenticator app and click on Verify
    You are now asked to set up a strong password

  11. Indicates a strong password twice and click on Continue
    ⚠️The password must be between 8 and 64 characters and must have at least 3 of the following: a lowercase letter, an uppercase letter, a digit and a symbol


    You are now redirected to the Tickets Portal.

The final step takes place on IVS's end. As soon as we verify that your account is created and secured, we will assign you to your company.

Once done, you will have full access to your company's Tickets Portal and will be able to create and monitor your tickets.
