The Tickets Portal tab allows logged-in users to view and track all tickets associated with the companies they belong to.
There, you can easily search, filter, sort, and review tickets details to stay up to date on your requests.
You can use the following tools to quickly find what you’re looking for.
1) Search for a ticket
Use the search bar to find tickets by:
Ticket title
Ticket description
Ticket ID
The search currently supports exact keyword matches only
2) Filter tickets
Use the + Add filter button to narrow down the ticket list.
You can filter by:
Ticket state (status)
Created on
Created by
Type
Updated on
This is useful if you manage multiple tickets or want to focus on a specific request.
3) Sort tickets
You can sort tickets by clicking on a column header in the ticket table.
Available sorting options include:
Ticket ID
Ticket type
Ticket status
Created date
Last updated date
Viewing ticket details
Click on a ticket to open its detailed view.
From there, you can see:
Ticket status
Ticket ID
Summary
Description
Other relevant fields
This view gives you full visibility into the current progress of your request.
Messaging about a ticket
From the ticket details view, click Continue the conversation to open the linked conversation in the Messenger.
If you are already part of the conversation, it will open directly.
If not, you can click Join conversation to participate.
Once you join a conversation:
The ticket will appear in the Tickets space in the Messenger
You will be able to view and follow all tickets you create or participate in
Stay informed
You will automatically be notified whenever:
The ticket status changes
A new response is added to your ticket
